Spring Greek Language Learning Program

Every year the HeLaS implements a Spring Greek Language Learning Program for learning the Greek Language, that is addressed to those interested in learning the Greek Language and Culture and live in the area of Ioannina.

Duration of the Program

February - May

Teaching hours
9.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.

Monday to Wednesday
4 hours/day

Registrations 1^1st December - 15 January

Applications beyond the course start date are consedered on a case - by- case basis

Levels
A1-A2-B1-B2-C1-C2

As long as a minimum number of participants is reached at each level

Spring Greek Language Learning Program

1 Certificate of attendance

At the end of the Program a Certificate of Attendance is provided to the students who have attended 70% of the Program and have succesfully participated in the final exam.

2 Educational activities

Traditional dance lessons, educational trips and other educational activities.
(Provided the minimum number of participants is completed)
The cost is borne by the participants

3 Greek Language Certification

The Center for the Study of the Hellenic Language and Culture of the University of Ioannina is an official Examination Center of the Centre for the Greek Language of Thessaloniki and students have the option to participate in the Greek Language exams held in May.

Tuition Fees

450 euros

The amount of the deposit is not refundable in case of interruption or cancellation of participation in the program.
